Joe is Associate Professor at the School of Kinesiology and Health Science at York University in Toronto, Canada.
He’s co-author of the book Talent Identification and Development in Sport, and the soon-to-be-published Developing Sports expertise: Researchers and Coaches Put Theory into Practice.
Joe has also written about triathlon as well as older athletes, and he’s a triathlete himself.
