Olympic Sports Nutrition Expert Bob Seebohar on Metabolic Efficiency
Bob is a specialist in sports dietetics, an exercise physiologist, a strength and conditioning coach, and a USA Triathlon certified elite, youth, and junior coach as well as a competitive endurance athlete himself, including marathons, ultra-marathons and both short and long course triathlon races.
Bob was the director of sports nutrition at the University of Florida and the sport dietitian for the U.S. team at the 2008 Summer Olympics. He is the author of the books Nutrition Periodization for Endurance Athletes and Metabolic Efficiency Training: Teaching the Body to Burn More Fat. He’s based in Littleton, Colorado.
