S&C, Mobility WOD Supremo Kelly Starrett of CrossFit San Francisco
Crossfit Mobility WOD
Physical therapist and Mobility WOD supremo Kelly Starrett is back. If you’ve heard either of the two previous interviews you’ll know that any that with Kelly is going to be wide-ranging and high-energy.
This time around we take quite a deep dive into the topic of whether Strength and Conditioning coaches are underappreciated and underpaid, particulary in professional sports and college, i.e. Division I of the NCAA.
Kelly, who has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, is the author of the books Becoming a Supple Leopard and Ready to Run, and lead teacher of the wildly popular Crossfit Movement & Mobility Trainer Course.
Sports Coach Radio is a series of weekly in-depth interview with world-class sports coaches, scientists and writers, hosted by Glenn Whitney, a coaching and leadership advisor.
Follow us on Twitter, where we post coaching tips and links to interesting articles just about every day of the week. The handle is @sportscoachtalk. And we’d be grateful if you’d leave a short review of the show on the Apple iTunes page.
