Tim is the strength and conditioning coach of the Los Angeles Lakers basketball team. For the few listeners not familiar with the Lakers, they have consistently been one of the top teams in NBA over the past fifty years. Their roster currently boasts some of the very best players in the world, including Pau Gasol and of course Kobe Bryant.
In addition to Tim’s infectious passion for real food, he’s got a serious background in sports medicine, including a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which he earned in 2006.
