Dr. Rick Kreider is the director of the Exercise & Sport Nutrition Lab at Texas A&M University and one of the world’s leading experts on creatine and other sports nutrition supplements. Rick is also the founding Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. This interview was carried out in February 2013.
