Dean is one of the world’s most experienced strength and conditioning coaches and high-performance experts in the worlds of rugby, Australian Rules Football and track sprinting.

Among the numerous groups Dean has worked for are: the Australian National Rugby Team, the Leicester Tigers, Brumbies Rugby, Japan’s Rugby program and the Fédération Française de Rugby. He is also a consultant to the Australian Institute of Sport.
